RESTORATIVE PRACTICES

Restorative practices are used in schools to foster an equitable and positive school culture. Restorative practices focus on strengthening relationships and connections between individuals, both youth and adults, in a school community. Restorative practices represent a positive step forward in helping all students learn to resolve disagreements, take ownership of their behavior, and engage in acts of empathy and forgiveness.

In this Professional Development you will learn practices for engaging with students, staff, parents and communities in your school setting. You will also learn to facilitate circles to build relationships, resolve social problems and respond when harm occurs. Please contact us for more information and to schedule your professional development.
